- One of two developers on a Next.js 14 / TypeScript / Prisma / PostgreSQL CRM built for a wellness clinic, replacing a manual Google Sheets workflow across lead capture, sales pipeline, guest records and messaging. ~330 commits; currently in testing against live data on a self-hosted deployment.
- Built features across a stack covering Keycloak OIDC authentication with role-based access control across seven roles, a drag-and-drop leads pipeline, Plivo VoIP click-to-call with in-app recordings, and SMTP/IMAP email threading with auto-lead creation.
- Contributed to a self-hosted LLM layer (Ollama) performing lead scoring, call-quality analysis and next-programme recommendation, with a full audit trail of every prompt and response — ~7,600 decisions logged at over 99% success.
- Encrypted health records (AES-256-GCM), MinIO presigned document storage, Docker Compose orchestration, and GitHub Actions CI with a Vitest suite and per-PR test reporting.
Hydrogen-powered autonomous drone platform — first technical hire
- Joined as first employee and defined the product and technical roadmap for an autonomous drone swarm targeting forestry survey and mapping.
- Scoped the software stack — autonomous navigation, 3D mapping, and digital-twin modelling — and ran component research across airframe, sensor payload and hydrogen fuel-cell systems.
- Hired and trained a team of three engineers, establishing their onboarding, tooling and working process from scratch.
- Built and shipped multi-platform game projects in Unity (C#) and Blender, covering gameplay systems, asset pipelines and cross-platform build targets.
- Handled the full cycle solo: prototyping, performance profiling, build automation and platform-specific packaging.

- Audited web and mobile applications against WCAG and Section 508 for a Fortune 100 insurance client, producing detailed remediation reports for engineering teams.
- Built internal scripts that automated large parts of the manual audit workflow, reducing review time per application.
